recruiting is like dating. really. there's the whole process of finding a candidate/boyfriend - and the interwebs are changing that game significantly. and then there's the courtship process where hopefully, there will be some wooing. and then you've gotta hook 'em in - not an easy feat. then you add in maintaining the relationship once hired/married... now that's a whole different blog posting, or book. but for now, head over to Fistful of Talent to check out my post yesterday on how i made the realization that recruiting truly is dating after having a job offer declined the other week.
