i was supposed to be at the Social Recruiting Summit over at the Google campus today... but i'm still in DC for a variety of reasons. so, you won't find me writing about using social media to recruit today - but i'm sure most of my friends in the HR and recruiting blogosphere are probably writing about that event. check out some of my pals who are speaking at the event including Laurie Ruiettimann, Josh Kahn, Chris Hoyt + Michael Marlatt and William Uranga.
as for me and what i'm up to today? i'm taking the day off and heading to the spa for a complete day of rejuvenation. how lucky am i?! and as for you... you can head over to Fistful of Talent for a (rather boring but...) very important piece i've written about social media policies. everyone and their mama's seem to be trying to write, or re-write their social media policies of late... so you've got some tips from moi on the matter today. enjoy!
